Nand Kishore Chaudhary
A legendary for many and a visionary for his people, Mr. Nand Kishore Chaudhary believes in simplicity and a holistic attitude towards life. A graduate in commerce, he has been in the carpet industry for more than 30 years. He understands the technicalities of Carpet production operations, is a visionary who has realized the importance to divert the surplus available manpower in the rural areas of India to the production cycle of the country. Mr. N.K. Chaudhary has been invited regularly as a guest speaker on various international forums and platforms such as “The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania”, “Ross School of Business, University of Michigan” to share his thoughts during the tough journey of social betterment of the rural people of India. In 1978, he initiated his carpet business operations with just two looms. Through persistence, dedication and discipline the Jaipur Rugs company today touches more than 40000 artisans and through its social initiative- Jaipur Rugs Foundation has empowered many rural lives across ten states of India.

Asha Chaudhary
Ms. Asha Chaudhary is the eldest daughter of Mr. Chaudhary and has been in the business since 2001. She graduated in Business Administration from Emory University, Atlanta, United States of America and has been working as the Chief Executive Officer of Jaipur Rugs Inc. Atlanta USA for more than four years. Prior to this she was handling the Indian operations in collaboration with her father. Ms. Asha has a complete understanding of the needs of the customers and is able to continuously bring in new products that would suit the needs of the customers in the contemporary market.

 Yogesh Chaudhary
Mr. Yogesh Chaudhary, the eldest son of Mr. N.K. Chaudhary is presently working as the director of Jaipur Rugs Company Private Limited. He has studied Management in Boston for two years but owing to his responsibilities in the family business, he decided to join his father in extension as well as expansion of the diverse business operations. His dynamic thought process is supported by strategic planning and implementation.

Kavita Chaudhary
A Graduate in Textile Designing from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, U.S.A., she has been working as a Design Director for Jaipur Rugs Company for the past four years. She has taken the colors and designing capabilities of the company to a new level with her artistic skills and an aesthetic sense of design and color. She plays a pivotal role in the popularity that is enjoyed by Jaipur Rugs for its exquisite colors and designs.

Archana Chaudhary
She graduated in Textile Chemistry from North Carolina University, United States of America and has been working as the Chief Operating Officer for Jaipur Rugs Inc. Atlanta USA for more than four years. She heads the customer services as well as the logistics department and has been an integral part of the delivery systems setup in the USA. She has been an invaluable support to the company for enhancing upon the quality of its services.
