Q. 1. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Generally, the orders will arrive to the destination address
in 2 to 3 weeks. The amount of time, which it takes for your
order to reach its destination, depends on various factors.
One factor is your selection of shipping service, as
typically the higher the shipping cost, the faster will be
the service. During Checkout, we will provide you a list of
available shipping services and their corresponding
timeframes and prices.
Finally, as the products listed here are handmade and are
not stored in warehouses in bulk quantities, there are some
events when orders must be specially designed, and this can
cause delays in the shipment of an order. In the occasion,
your order needs to be custom made, we will contact you by
email (within 1 business day after receiving your order) and
will notify you of the nature of the delay and the expected
delivery time of your order. Always keep in mind that, if
you have ordered from multiple collections, you may receive
your order in multiple packages and most probably on
separate days.

Q. 3. What if I don't receive my order?
Be sure to type the correct mailing address while filling
out your order request. We are not responsible for products
and items that have not been received due to incorrect
address or change of address.
If you have not received your order and would like to track
the status, please contact our customer service department

your order number, email address and verify the correct

Q. 4. What if my order is incomplete?
In the event that you believe your order is incomplete or
some parts are missing, we request you to contact our
customer service department immediately by sending us an

we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Q. 5. What if my order arrives damaged?
In the event that all or some parts of your order arrive
damaged, we ensure full refund of your money. You can also
choose to get a replacement for the damaged items.
You will need to return the damaged merchandise to us at -
G-250, Mansarovar Industrial Area, Near Galaxy Cineplex,
Mansarovar Jaipur-302 020, Rajasthan (India). We will
reimburse you for the shipping cost.
Q. 6. What if I receive the incorrect merchandise?
We take every care to ensure that you get the right product
that you have ordered, however, in case you have received a
product other than the one that you ordered, we will sent
you the correct merchandise at no additional charges.
You will need to return the incorrect merchandise to us at -

reimburse you for the shipping cost.

At Jaipur Rugs, we respect your privacy and hence will never
disclose any personal information to any third party. You

Q. 8. What if I'm looking for a specific rug from a
collection and I can't find it at Jaipur Rugs? Can I make a
special request?
In the case, you are looking for a particular rug and it is
not available at Jaipur Rugs, you may submit a special
request by sending us an email at
customerservice@jaipurrugsco.com . In your mail, please
provide as much information as possible about the product or
the line of products, which you would like to purchase.
These requests will be put forward to the design department
and the representatives will explore the possibilities of
getting the requested rugs designed.
If the rug you have requested for becomes available at
Jaipur Rugs, we will notify you by sending an email, so that
you will be the first to know of its availability. While we
individually look into each special request, we cannot
guarantee that all the requests will lead to the specific
rug or rugs being listed on Jaipur Rugs.

You can track the status of your orders any time, by making

In case you have forgotten your password, send us an email
