Yes, the rugs showcased on the website are in true colors. However, depending on the resolution of your device's screen, there might be slight variation in the color of the actual rug and it's website image.

Each of our rug goes through strict quality checks before it is dispatched. However, in case the rug is damaged in transit, we request you to share with us the pictures of the damaged part ,as soon as you receive the rug, at shop@jaipurrugsco.com , along with your order ID. After receiving your email we will ensure resolution within 1 working day.
A purchase can be made by paying with Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal through our website. We also accept payments through International cards via PayPal.

India :Yes. We provide an EMI option for payment at the payment page post checkout.
International : No. At the moment, there is no EMI option available.
Prices shown on the website, under the products, are unit prices and are exclusive of all duties and taxes.
India : There is additional levy of VAT @5.50%.
International :There are extra duties and local taxes applicable, which may vary between 2-30% of the price, depending on the custom laws of respective countries. Our shipping partner will update you on these charges at the time of delivery.

Yes. We provide worldwide shippment through Fedex and DHL.
India: We offer free shipment within India.
International: Shipping is Free via Fedex and DHL. Duties & Taxes are additional (can be upto 30% or more of order value) and need to be paid to the shipping company at the time of delivery.

Shedding is normal for some rugs. But don't worry, it will diminish with regular vacuuming.
Yes. This service is currently available in Jaipur (Rajasthan, India) and New Delhi (Delhi, India).
India: All items purchased online are eligible for 7 days hassle free return.
This does not apply to clearance items. In case of non-manufacturing defects, the shipping cost for the return has to borne by the customer. In such cases, we can arrange for the logistics.
International: Return policy is applicable on manufacturing defects only.
