Quality in product and system is one of our core competencies. Our production process adheres to a strict regime of balanced vertical integration. Starting from the procurement of wool or silk till the final product is distributed, each product undergoes a streamline of multiple tasks which is inclusive of quality inspection at each stage. The process makes sure that the product passes through a strict quality control parameter at every stage. Adherence to exceptional quality standards and supervision by experienced and skilled investigators has enabled us to attain the ISO 9001: 2008 and SA 8000 Certification. This international standard duly prescribes a set quality management system and quality control for exceeding customer’s expectations and meeting them within the specified time frame. SA 8000 on the other hand is an internationally recognized standard based on International Labor Organization (ILO) conventions and the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Convention on Rights of the Child. The standard focuses on child labor, health and safety measures, freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining, disciplinary measures against those practicing child labor, regulation of working hours, compensation and the implementation of an efficient management system.

Recently we certified with the Social Accountability International SA 8000 Workplace and Human Rights Standards. The certification covers Jaipur’s factory, which associates more than 40,000 people across the country. The facility also conducts various on-site awareness programs, on-site training programs and other social initiatives in collaboration with the Indian Government. These international certifications are an exemplification of our unfailing commitment to ensure supreme quality to all our offerings.
