What is the return policy of Jaipur Rugs?

Under all circumstances, returns will be made only for faulty goods or for any quality related issues. In rare cases, a return can be requested for any incorrect information provided by us.

In case you receive a damaged or defective product from our side you can get the replacement within a period of 30 days from the date of delivery without any added cost.

What is the procedure of returning the defected or damaged product?

We will revert back to you with the details of either approval or refusal of the replacement after we receive and examine the returned item (s).

Once approved, the respective replacement will be processed and the amount will automatically be transferred to either the customer’s credit card, if applicable, or else through the original mode of payment.

Under which conditions are the returns accepted?

When sending a product back, make certain that the original product label and packaging is intact. We will resend brand new replacement at no extra cost.

Other than the state of product mentioned above, the list of product damage given below will be unentitled for any replacement whatsoever.

  • Physical damages do not entitle a return/refund.
  • Product devoid of a valid or readable serial number is not eligible for return., A lost, damaged, altered and illegible serial number will also void return.

How can I replace a product that was sent by mistake?

Customer satisfaction is our priority, so in case you receive a wrong product from our end, kindly get in touch with us to make a replacement request. The option of refund will also be applicable for the same product.

When can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order online before the shipment of the product is complete, after which the entire amount will be refunded. However, an order cannot be cancelled once the shipment has been made.

What if my replacement choice goes out of stock?

In this case, your confirmation will be taken before the refund procedure is initiated.

What is to be done in the case of late or missing refunds?

In case of a non-receipt of the requisite refund please check with your bank account again.
