Under all circumstances, returns will be made only for faulty goods or for any quality related issues. In rare cases, a return can be requested for any incorrect information provided by us.
In case you receive a damaged or defective product from our side you can get the replacement within a period of 30 days from the date of delivery without any added cost.
For replacements, customers are required to notify us within five days of delivery via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will revert back to you with the details of either approval or refusal of the replacement after we receive and examine the returned item (s).
Once approved, the respective replacement will be processed and the amount will automatically be transferred to either the customer’s credit card, if applicable, or else through the original mode of payment.
When sending a product back, make certain that the original product label and packaging is intact. We will resend brand new replacement at no extra cost.
Other than the state of product mentioned above, the list of product damage given below will be unentitled for any replacement whatsoever.
Customer satisfaction is our priority, so in case you receive a wrong product from our end, kindly get in touch with us to make a replacement request. The option of refund will also be applicable for the same product.
You can cancel your order online before the shipment of the product is complete, after which the entire amount will be refunded. However, an order cannot be cancelled once the shipment has been made.
In this case, your confirmation will be taken before the refund procedure is initiated.
In case of a non-receipt of the requisite refund please check with your bank account again.
Contact your debit/credit card company as well. Please note that the official processing of refunds often takes some time.
